A chat with a bloke I met in a park…


I had the pleasure the other day to meet up with All Blacks coach Graham Henry at a park in St Helliers.

We did a bit of a promo video for clients we are hosting at some Word Cup games later this year and then had a chance to sit down have a have bit of a chat about leadership and how he is preparing for one of the biggest years of his career.

It occurred to me that here is a leader with company of just 45 people – 30 players and 15 management and support staff, but 4.2 million angry-for-24-years shareholders! This is the biggest year of his career and it could all come down to one game…
